Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

We do not accept returns on:

• Cut chain or broken strands
• Beading kits, books, or partial lots of any kind

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or, at the customer's preference, issued as a store gift card.

Final sale items are clearly marked as such before purchase.
