Refund policy

The Mystical Garden Path offers the following Return Policy:
Returns are accepted in a 14 day window from delivery.

We have up to a 20% restocking fee.

Please Note:
We do not accept returns of cut chain, broken strands, beading kits, books or partial lots of any kind.
Returned items must be in original condition, original packaging and unused.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

We do not offer exchanges. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or, at the customer's preference, issued as a store gift card.

Final sale items are shown as such before purchase.
